Fairy tales, music and theatre in the square in Ærøskøbing
The H.C. Andersen Parade celebrates Hans Christian Andersen’s life, work and fairy tales with colour, music and theatre. The parade begins at the harbour and moves through the town before the performance unfolds in the town square of Ærøskøbing. Here, guests meet a lively group of fairy tale characters in vibrant costumes, full of energy and joy for the stage.
The show takes the audience straight into the world of fairy tales. Well-known characters, songs, lines and small anecdotes bring the stories to life. Both children and adults can follow along and enjoy the atmosphere as the square fills with life and storytelling.
